High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking motivated, self-managed salespeople who thrive independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-end markets.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs and offer high starting contracts, backed by a proven training system and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and welcome qualified agents to join us.
