Overview

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, typically over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Additional Information

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), targeting high-value clients.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not offer lead assist programs, but we do provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are currently looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
