We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average client pays over $250/month)

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We focus on virtual sales via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and welcome dedicated agents to join us.
