We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are Looking For

• Agents who are eager and motivated to earn significant income
• Agents who are capable of purchasing their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who are self-driven and do not require hand-holding through the sales process
• Agents interested in high-value policies, with clients paying over $250/month on average
• Effective communicators who can confidently present high premium products
• Agents willing to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our Company & Offerings

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We differ from traditional life insurance companies by focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, resulting in premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not operate lead assist programs. Our contracts are competitive, and we provide a proven training system along with trusted lead sources.
