High-End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Agents

We are a premium insurance agency looking for motivated, self-managed salespeople who can operate independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For:
  • Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income
  • Agents unable to purchase their own leads
  • Agents requiring constant supervision and guidance
  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
  • Uncoachable agents with a large ego
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
  • Agents comfortable selling high premiums (average over $250/month)
  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.

All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with an average weekly lead investment of $1,000 to $1,500, resulting in premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. Our contracts are competitive, and we provide a proven training system and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
