We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
