High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you thrive independently and are confident in your abilities, consider joining our team.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents needing urgent income or desperate to make sales

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents requiring constant hand-holding

• Agents interested in selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding and need more talented agents like you.
