High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top Performers

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed salespeople who are confident and independent, and who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads.
• Agents who need constant hand-holding.
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and reliable lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
