High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.
We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, cannot afford their own leads, or need hand-holding at every step. We seek experienced, coachable agents who can operate independently and are ready to follow a proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We do not participate in lead assist programs, have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-quality agents.
