Who We Are

We are a high-end insurance sales agency, not seeking agents who are desperate, unable to buy leads, or require extensive hand-holding. Our focus is on experienced, coachable agents who can follow a proven system and communicate effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

• Agents who are competent, articulate, and effective communicators.
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a system that works.

Our Offerings

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom), with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not engage in lead assist programs, but we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more capable agents.
