High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding and guidance.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month, given proper expertise.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We focus exclusively on high-end policies, avoiding traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated agents to join us.
