High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are independent and driven, this opportunity is for you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding and guidance.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and articulate effectively.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection; our focus is on high-value policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, with our agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads to generate between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
