High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  1. Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

  2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

  3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  5. Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

  2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

  3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings.

Our average agents spend between $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs; however, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
