High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding and supervision.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills who can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation or hand-holding.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and looking for more high-performing agents.
