High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier, self-motivated, and self-managing salespeople who thrive without extensive supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial relief.

2. Agents who cannot afford to purchase their own leads.

3. Agents who require hand-holding through every step of the process.

4. Agents interested in selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

2. Agents comfortable with high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that already works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs; instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
