High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial results.

2. Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant guidance and support.

4. Agents selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

2. Agents comfortable with high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more high-performing agents.
