High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you thrive independently and are confident in your sales abilities, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak effectively.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more high-caliber agents.
