We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Looking For

• Agents who are eager to make money and are highly motivated.
• Agents who can independently purchase their own leads to generate sales.
• Agents who are self-driven and do not require constant supervision.
• We are not interested in agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
• Not looking for individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Our Ideal Agents

• Competent, articulate, and effective communicators.
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.
• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
