We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents desperate to make money and unable to buy their own leads

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For

• Competent, well-spoken agents with effective communication skills

Our Business Model

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. Our focus is on virtual sales via telephone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads to generate $7,000-$15,000 in premiums. We do not engage in lead assistance programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
