High End Insurance Sales Agency

Looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assistance programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more agents.
