High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managed, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who desperately need to make money or are overly reliant on hand-holding.
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales.
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable selling high premium policies, with an average client payment of over $250/month.
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source.
