High End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
  • Agents who need constant guidance and hand-holding
  • Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
  • Uncoachable agents with a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
  • Agents comfortable selling high premium products (average over $250/month)
  • Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate entirely through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom), focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not support lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
