Overview

High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier, self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads, or needing hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our Business Model

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. Our sales are entirely virtual via phone or Zoom. Average agent investment in leads is $1,000-$1,500 weekly, with premiums ranging from $7,000 to $15,000.

We do not engage in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and seek dedicated agents to join us.
