High-End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively communicate
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents willing to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

About Our Company

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium products.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, across the US. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with dedicated, high-performing agents.
