High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed salespeople who can operate independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and support
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with top lead vendors and insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
