We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who are confident and driven, and who don't need hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).
We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
