We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate cash.
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales.
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
• Agents who are uncoachable and have a large ego.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that already works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
