High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking highly motivated, self-managed sales professionals who thrive independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need urgent income and are desperate for sales.

2. Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant hand-holding throughout the sales process.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable or have an overly egoistic attitude.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven, effective system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more dedicated agents.
