High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents requiring constant guidance and support.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with inflated egos.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

On average, agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
