High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and in urgent need of income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, focusing on high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more top-tier agents.
