We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads, or needing hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month) or those with a large ego and uncoachable attitude.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively present high premium policies (average client pays over $250/month).
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

About Our Company:

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom), focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically spend $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
