AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience with a no-haggle sales environment. The e-Commerce Sales Associate engages hundreds of customers online, on the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases and deliver exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty.

You'll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and smoothly transition customers from digital contact to an in-store experience, with a compensation plan tied to performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions online, over the phone, and in person.
• Guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience with exceptional service.
• Support customers through the purchasing process and coordinate with team members as needed.
