Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiates and completes the selection process for customers’ on-line orders.
• Assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders into customers’ cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards and communicate substitutions if needed.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow policies to determine substitutions for out-of-stock items.
