Job summary

Kroger is seeking an In-Store Grocery Pickup Clerk to efficiently select and gather online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, all while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities include accurate order assembly, substitutions handling, and maintaining a clean, organized staging area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers’ cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
