Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and prepare customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. You will process payments, handle substitutions, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and adherence to safety and store policies. Prior experience as a shopper or in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
