Kroger is seeking a team-oriented Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble customers’ online orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure order freshness, process payments at pickup, and load orders into customers’ cars while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform counting tasks.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition and subtraction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Experience as a personal shopper or in warehouse/production environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble online orders and process coupons and payments for pickup.
• Load orders into customers' cars and provide a positive pickup experience.
• Scan and bag items while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup time.
