Job summary

Kroger is hiring for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble and prepare on-line orders for customers at the Georgetown, KY store. You will select products with attention to freshness, process payments, and coordinate loading orders into customers' cars at pickup, while delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will ensure substitutions are handled per policy, communicate clearly with customers, and maintain clean, organized staging areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with freshness and quality.
• Process coupons and payment for on-line orders.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage on-line shopping.
• Follow bagging standards and POS procedures.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
