Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble customer orders in-store with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments, load orders into customers' cars, and provide a positive shopping experience that encourages return visits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in notes and ensure order accuracy.
