Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup. Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently with attention to freshness.
• Process coupons and payments at pickup.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
