Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality, and to assist customers at pickup.

You will process coupons and payments, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain bagging standards while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders with focus on freshness and quality.
• Assemble online orders and process coupons and payment.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
