Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In‑Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assembles on-line orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders into customers' cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines; ensure order accuracy.
