Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk/In-Store Grocery Shopper to efficiently assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons, handle payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include selecting products, scanning and bagging, communicating substitutions, and ensuring order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Position Qualifications: Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customer orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow laws and safety guidelines, and store procedures.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
