Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.

Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat on-line shopping, while adhering to bagging standards, safety guidelines, and company policies. This role supports the e-commerce team in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Experience as a personal shopper or in a warehouse/stocking/cashier role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
