Job summary

You will follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions when needed, and ensure order accuracy while maintaining staging areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags accurately.
• Basic math skills including counting and simple calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures.
• Receive customer orders and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Ensure order accuracy and provide a positive customer service experience.
