Job summary

Kroger in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk. You will select and assemble customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

You will provide a positive customer service experience, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions when needed. The role supports the e-Commerce team in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders with freshness and quality in mind.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment and ensure order accuracy.
