Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and assemble customers’ on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons, payments, and load orders into customers’ cars at pick up, while maintaining high standards of service and product care.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
