Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will select and prepare customers' online orders, process payments, and coordinate order pickup with customers. You will scan and bag items, following all standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues with customers at pickup. Your goal is to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Receive orders from the Order Selector, store products appropriately, and ensure order accuracy before loading into customers' cars. Maintain organization and cleanliness in staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. Uphold productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.

This role requires the ability to support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential job functions.
