Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders while following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include following all safety and legal guidelines, storing products properly, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting discrepancies or equipment issues. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity. Support for minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is also part of the role. The position requires performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
