Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
3. Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
5. Ensure order accuracy and quality, maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
6. Follow all food safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
8. Follow policies for substitutions and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
9. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
10. Maintain a cooperative attitude in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
11. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
