Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food handling, and legal guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Support training of new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts constructively and act with honesty and integrity.
• Assist with support for minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
